Refund Policies

At Soham Aura Scan Centre, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. We strive to offer quality products and authentic healing experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

🛒 1. Refund Policy for Physical Products (Crystals, Tools, etc.)

We take great care in sourcing and packaging our products. However, in the rare event you are not satisfied, we offer the following:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Damaged or broken items upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours with photographic proof)

  • Incorrect product received (proof of unboxing required)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Energy mismatch or subjective expectations not met

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., dropping the crystal, exposure to chemicals, etc.)

🔁 Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at [Insert email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and images.

  2. If approved, a refund (minus shipping charges) or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  3. Return shipping (if required) is to be borne by the customer unless the error is ours.


🧘‍♀️ 2. Refund Policy for Healing Sessions & Consultations

All our sessions involve time, preparation, and energy alignment. Please note:

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Completed aura scans, crystal consultations, reiki, regression, or any booked healing session

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session)

Rescheduling Allowed:

You may reschedule a session once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.


📦 3. Cancellation Policy for Orders

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • After that, they are processed for packing and dispatch, and cancellations will not be accepted.


💳 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


 

💳 Additional Note for Payment Gateway Charges:

Please Note:
All refunds, if approved, will be made after deducting a 2.5% transaction fee, which covers the payment gateway processing charges incurred by us at the time of purchase. These fees are non-reversible by the payment gateway even in case of refunds.


Optional Update for Refund Method:

Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment (UPI, card, or net banking) used during checkout. We do not offer cash or alternate method refunds.
